I have been in the healing field since 2004 including yoga, meditation and psychotherapy. In my first career, I taught and directed yoga teacher training programs. My favorite part were the students trust in me to help facilitate their growth and personal healing. The intimate connection I felt with my students and desire to help people with a trained clinical perspective led me back to school to obtain my MA in clinical psychology. I am currently writing my dissertation to complete my PhD in clinical psychology.

Now, I combine both my yoga and meditation background with evidence based practices to effectively help people with a myriad of issues. We won't necessarily do yoga in session but you will be invited to slow down and experience a pause from the chaos outside of my office. I love this work and hopefully you will feel that from my compassionate ability to see and hear you.
